Buried pipe leakage detected
A blind test was conducted to identify which of the 16 equipment pipelines has leaks by measuring inlet/outlet vibrations. Due to equipment characteristics, a high current is passed through the pipelines to prevent scaling, and electrical-induced vibrations are measured. Electrical noise is filtered out to extract only flow-related vibrations and vibrations caused by leaks for leak detection. Successful leak detection with high accuracy leads to the implementation of MotorSense across the entire line.

Multi-joint robot malfunction detected
Detection of servo motor failure in multi-joint robots leads to vibration waveform changes due to robot movement. Filtering technology eliminates vibration caused by robot arm movement, enabling detection of only motor intrinsic vibration. Extruder motor, hydraulic pump defect detected
Reporting on fault detection and identification of anomalies through comparative analysis of similar equipment. Extruder Motor Larger acceleration RMS observed in Extruder No. 4 compared to Extruder No. 3.​ RMS (ROOT MEAN SQUARE)A measure of the average magnitude of vibration. Larger acceleration RMS observed in Extruder No. 4 compared to Extruder No. 3. Hydraulic Pump A harmonic phenomenon is observed where multiples of the rotational component (20Hz) occur together. COLOR MAPThe X-axis represents the period, the Y-axis represents frequency, and the magnitude of vibration is distinguished by color. It is difficult to distinguish whether the harmonic is due to equipment characteristics or a defect, but monitoring is necessary.⚠️ Defect found in the filter connected to the pump equipment.
